According to a new policy issued by the Shanghai Business Committee, a monthly report should be submited online by all WOFE’s in Shanghai. The report should include the company’s information regarding investment statistics and management situation of enterprises with foreign investment.
According to this policy, the amount of foreign investment should be filled monthly into the system based on the company’s capital contribution certificate or capital verification report after its contribution of capital. In addition, scanned copies of  supporting material should be sent to the Foreign Investment Department of Statistics.
Deadline: Every 1st to 15th of each month
