Innova Legal Consulting (ILC) was established in 2008 as a legal advisement alternative for mid-size companies seeking legal guidance in China and Latin America. We successfully support investors and businesses by providing a legal framework within which to conduct investment and trade safely.

In 2010, we expanded our scope of legal services to include accounting services and tax advising in Mainland China. In this role, we have successfully streamlined the accounting reporting process from the local tax authorities in China to the financial departments of our Client’s overseas.
